One day after a visit by Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Jeff Greene, rival Kendrick Meek plans to stop by his campaign headquarters in Orlando today. The Miami congressman is fresh off a Miami Beach fundraiser, where he was embraced by President Barack Obama, and is riding new polls that say he’s re-taken the lead in his heated primary race.
Meek will be at his Orlando campaign office, at 633 E. Colonial Dr., at 3:45 p.m. today before moving on to the Tampa Bay area tonight.
